Biography
A former partner at a leading local law firm and previously the Head of Legal of a management company, Vincent graduated in English Law and French Law from the University of Kent, UK and Universite Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV, France in 2000. He also completed both the Legal Practice Course and the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, UK. He is a member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the Bar of England and Wales and that of Mauritius. Vincent specializes in banking, finance, securities, corporate and insolvency laws in addition to being an expert in aircraft financing.

He is Mauritius’ contributor for Corporate Jet Investor Official Guide to Aircraft Registration and Tax. Vincent also introduced the salient features of the Limited Partnerships Act at a briefing session hosted by the USIBC and was a speaker at the Business Law Conference and at the Terralex Conference M&A Practice Group presentation in Hong Kong.
