Dora focuses on employment law, advising national and international clients, as employers, on all types of individual and collective employer-employee relationships as well as benefits and compensation related issues. In the context of M&A transactions she has a substantial experience on advising on complex issues arising out of the transfer of undertakings and the application of the TUPE provisions as well as on all potential labour law issues faced of the target company. Dora is also experienced and regularly involved in real estate transactions, advising real estate companies investing in property through M&A or asset deals, as well as the negotiation of commercial lease or mixed agreements. Dora has also appeared before the Greek Trademarks’ Committee and EUIPO in various trademarks’ cases.

Recent work includes advice to: • leading European provider of carrier- and cloud-neutral colocation data centre solutions in connection with the acquisition by 100% of the largest colocation and interconnection provider in Greece; • major systemic bank on TUPE issues in the context of the envisaged hive down of its banking sector; • major international Group of companies in the retail sector on the Greek law related elements of the group restructuring and internal separation and transfer of business assets undertaken within the year 2020 focusing on the TUPE issues/application; • the sponsor on the concession of the exclusive right to own, use, administer, operate and exploit the Marina of Alimos for a total consideration of EURO 57.5 million focusing on the arising employment issues and TUPE application; • major multinational pharmaceutical company on redrafting of the Internal Work Regulation and of the standard employment agreements and on conducting various employee terminations; • major bank on termination of the agreements of the ex-management team as well as of other key employees through mutual or unilateral termination and drafting special, high-level, employment agreements for the new management; • major real estate fund on the acquisition of real estate companies owning/operating shopping malls and strategic assets in Athens through private tenders; • major international company on the development of hotels and ancillary businesses in Greece; • major international company on the acquisition of a multi-floor office building in the centre of Athens with a value of more than 2.5 million; • major real estate companies constructing/operating shopping centers on its day-to-day issues mainly relating to the commercial cooperation agreements; • major oil company with respect to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in CODO stations;• all four Greek systemic banks in relation to the existing facilities granted to major food company by such banks focusing on the drafting and registering of relevant pledge agreements on IP rights; major Greek bank on IP registrations and litigation before Greek Trademarks’ Office and EUIPO.
