Robert has acted for and assisted companies such as Dilmah Tea( Sri Lanka) and Vapiano Restaurants (Europe) establish their business in Australia and also acts on mergers and acquisitions ( currently acting on the sale of an Abattoir client for $130 million AUD ).
Robert is a regular contributor on Franchising, Licensing and distribution on line and in prominent journals and has a background in retail business and property syndicate investments and has a team of lawyers in his Commercial Group who are highly regarded

Marsh & Maher Lawyers commenced as a boutique legal firm in 2008 as a breakaway from a larger CBD legal firm, with a desire to provide more direct high level and personal legal services to its core of established clients.
In March 2017 the firm merged with Richmond Bennison becoming what we call MMRB Lawyers which brought into the firm a range of other specialist lawyers in the area of estate planning and litigation and building and construction.
