Pascal Petrel began his professional activities in September 1986 after completing his post-graduate studies at the University of LYON III (Master in Corporate Law and Tax, Diploma in corporate legal counsel).
He began his career as a Legal Adviser in Barthélémy & Associés, a law firm specialized in Social Law, and six years later he became one of the Associates as the youngest Partner in the law firm.
He is now registered as a lawyer at both the Paris Bar and the Israeli Bar as a foreign lawyer.
In December 4, 1994, he was elected National President of the Youth Association of Corporate Counsellors.
In November 1997, he was elected member of the National Council of the Bar and President of the Lyon Bar Communication Commission.
Petrel and Associates is a law firm specializing in Labor Security Law in Lyon, Paris and Tel Aviv and currently employs around ten people.
Petrel and Associates assists companies of all sizes and from all sectors in order to solve the various problems relating to the social management of companies in a safe and pragmatic manner.
Petrel and Associates develops with its clients (managers, HR directors, social affairs departments) a personalized approach tailored to their policy and strategy in advisory and litigation actions in labour law.
Pascal PETREL is the drafter of the national collective agreement for the staff of service providers in the service sector.
Thanks to his expertise in the professional branches, he has also been advising various branches and employers’ organizations for many years in order to put his expertise in collective bargaining at their service.
Pascal Petrel has published numerous articles in legal reviews and in the professional economic press and regularly leads training sessions, in particular regarding corporate developments, both legislative and jurisprudential.
He is currently President of the Labor Law Commission of the International Union of Lawyers
