Minerva Bellorin R. with more than 25 years of experience as legal advisor and Manager of a legal firm ACZALAW Nicaragua, of which she is co-founding partner since 2002 and Chairman of the Board of Directors at ACZALAW Nicaragua.
Mrs. Bellorin’s expertise has focused mainly on Business Investment in different economic sectors. She knows very well the Nicaraguan legal framework applicable for activities such as: Tenders for Government procurement, taxation, real estate development and hospitality in all stages of the projects; due diligence processes forM&A purposes, transfer of assets or shares of companies, negotiation and contracting for different kind of contracts, including Trust Contracts, Joint Ventures, Franchises and Distribution Agreements.
Mostly developed areas of practice are focused in Business and Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, Telecommunications and Technology, Energy, Free Zones as well as others related with Healthcare and Retail. She is a Lawyer and Notary Public, authorized by the Supreme Court since 1995.
