Marina Loizou obtained her LLB with Honours from the University of Warwick and later she completed her LLM in International Economic Law at the same University. Her thesis was on The Internet and Consumption Taxes, Implications for US and the EU Taxation Frameworks.
Since 2020 she is a Senior Partner at Areti Charedimou & Associates LLC law firm. Her areas of practice include, among others, corporate law, tax planning, all issues related to trust and company management.
She is a member of the Cyprus Bas Association, STEP (Trusts and Estates Practitioner), ADIT and the Insolvency Service of Cyprus Official Receiver.
