Served as associate advising on telecommunications, real estate, project finance, administrative law, and constitutional law; litigated extensively in Administrative Court and at the Constitutional Court in issues related to real estate, zoning, and online banking fraud. Analyzed and assessed legal consequences related to real estate developments, especially in the province of Guanacaste for a multibillion coastal development; issues in question included use of water resources, urban law, and access to public beaches. Additionally, served as lead associate, in advising IDB and OPIC, in a hundred million dollar loan for the Costa Rican Airport.
