The Duca Law Firm was founded in Venice in 1997 and since the beginning has mainly dealt with issues related to the shipping sector and, more generally, the law of navigation and transport. Its offices are located in Venice, an increasingly important city in the world of transport in the Mediterranean area. Its infrastructure, in fact, and in particular its port, is increasingly one of the main European transport ports to and from the East. The development of trafficking has also led to greater need for assistance in related legal issues and for this reason the Duca Law Firm has deepened the issues, to be ready to provide the answers that operators in the sector need. The close link with the Cà Foscari University of Venice has over the years strongly contributed in this regard.
The Duca Law Firm operates with a young and dynamic professional team, particularly attentive to the timing of the procedures, aware that this is an aspect of fundamental importance in legal assistance in the transport sector. The Duca Law Firm is able to correspond in English and French and can boast a dense network of collaborators present in the major Italian and European ports, which guarantee clients the same professionalism offered by the firm’s lawyers. Since 2010, The Duca Law Firm has signed a collaboration agreement with the Sardella Law Firm, based in Milan, also specialized in the field of maritime law and transport.
