Françoise Carlier is a founding partner of Newton and head of the Intellectual Property and Information and Technology Communication Section.
Françoise Carlier served as in-house legal counsel in the creative industry, when she acted as Head of Legal for Studio 100, before returning to the Bar in 2016. She specializes in all legal aspects of intellectual property, copyright and trademarks. With her team members, she also advises on aspects of ICT law, processing of personal data and intellectual property rights, the latter with a particular focus on software, gaming and activities within the media and entertainment industries.
Françoise regularly teaches in her areas of expertise to non-legal audiences.
