Felipe Aroca is a founding partner of Aroca Vives Abogados. His practice focuses on tax planning and international investment.
Felipe has experience in legal advice for foreign investment, family estate planning and in the tax structuring of corporate reorganization projects, mergers, acquisitions and business collaborations.
His recent activities include tax advice to local and international companies in the real estate, infrastructure, services, financial and stock market sectors, among others.
Felipe is a professor of tax law at several universities in Colombia and is an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (ICDT).
He is a lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, where he also obtained the titles of Master in Tax Law and specialist in Tax Law. He completed a Diploma in Business Finance from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain).
