Elizabeth is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. She has extensive experience in both Corporate and Commercial matters. She has advised several local and multinational companies in Corporate and Commercial transactions including: mergers and acquisitions; commercial contracts; labour relations and immigration matters; employee contracts; establishment of branch offices and subsidiary companies; and company secretarial matters.
Elizabeth has worked in-house as a Legal Adviser and Regional Commercial Manager for a UK AIM listed oil and gas exploration company and sits on various boards as a Company Secretary. She also has experience working in the United Kingdom with leading law firms such as Mayer Brown Row & Maw, Denton Wilde Sapte and Hunton & Williams.
