Dimitris Foutsis is a Greek attorney at law. Since 2010, he is the managing partner at Foutsis & Partners Law Firm, with premises in Greece and Cyprus. He has extensive expertise in commercial and business law, M&A, immigration law, real estate and international tax planning.
Dimitris has been involved with large, complex and innovative projects in various industries as well as corporate transactions. His experience encompasses a wide range of matters from the acquisition and disposition of businesses to tax advisory, real estate development, company formations, financing and restructuring. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from the University of Athens, and a master’s degree (LL.M.) in European Corporate Law from the University of Bonn in Germany. Dimitris is licensed to practice law in Greece and Cyprus and he is a member of the Greek-German Lawyer Association, the Greek Commercial Lawyers Society and the International Bar Association. He speaks Greek, English and German.
