Bankruptcy Criminal Law
Andrea Di Comite deals with criminal law, with particular reference to the sector of corporate, financial and bankruptcy crimes, administrative liability for crime of legal persons (Legislative Decree 231/2001), as well as crimes against public administration and environmental matters, as well as the protection of rights on the internet.
In the field of assistance for the internationalization of companies, it also deals specifically with the regulation of international sanctions and advice relating to markets subject to constraints and restrictions (embargoes, financial disqualifications, etc.).
He is a member of the Criminal Chamber of Bari and a founding member in Puglia of the Antigone association for rights and guarantees in the penal system; he was also President of the local section of the Antigone association.
He graduated with honors in Law at the University of Bari in 1999, with a thesis in commercial law (Prof. Luca Buttaro) on the conflict of interest of directors in groups of companies; since 2003 he has been registered in the Bar Association of Bari and entitled to legal aid before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts since April 2015.
