It is 2009. Lieshout and Westerhout dream of setting up the best labour law firm in the Netherlands. They immediately agree on a name - and on the type of people they want to employ - true legal geeks with a healthy sense of humor, a great deal of creativity and a passionate focus on building relations. The most important aspect of service has to be ‘knowing means being able to’: we can only deliver top-notch quality when we listen to our clients and invest in relations.
