RO-Gruppen and Castellum will jointly construct the office property Infinity in Hagastaden, Stockholm. The project comprises 26,000 sqm, has a consistent sustainability focus and will be completed in 2025. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 615 million.

In a collaborative contract, RO-Gruppen and Castellum will construct the office property Infinity, in a central location in the new inner city part of Hagastaden in Stockholm. The project is Castellum’s largest in the area.
Infinity offers approximately 20,000 sqm of lettable area spread over 14 floors including basement floors. On the ground floor there is a café and service and modern offices are built inside with great flexibility. Unique workspaces will also be offered to tenants outdoors.

“We are very pleased with the trust we have received from Castellum with the choice of us as an entrepreneur. The project is carried out in collaboration where we, in close cooperation with Castellum, will realize the visions and build a modern and innovative office building together,” says Lars Westman at RO-Gruppen Stockholm.

The project has a strong environmental profile and will be built according to the environmental certification systems Miljöbyggnad Guld and WELL. These aim to reduce the environmental impact and create a working environment that contributes to improved health and well-being for everyone who lives in built-up environments.
In addition, climate-smart solutions are a natural part of the property, just like the quest for carbon neutrality.

“Infinity is an equally exciting and challenging project in terms of size, logistics and high environmental goals. Both we at RO-Gruppen and Castellum have broad experience of building properties with extensive sustainability measures and certifications. In this project, the focus is on the people who will be staying there and on leaving as small a climate footprint as possible,” says Olle Forsberg at RO-Gruppen Stockholm.

The order value amounts to approximately SEK 615 million and construction will start in 2023. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
