Biography
Rechtsanwalt Martin Pfnür, Partner of the german law office Pfnür Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB in Berlin and Görlitz, is lawyer and bar certified specialist lawyer for transport and forwarding law, for international business law and for criminal law. He is representing particularly transport companies from Germany, Poland and other european countries.
Mr. Pfnür finished his law studies in Münster. He successfully completed his law clerk at the Higher Regional Court Dresden, during which he worked in Görlitz and Bautzen, at the German consulate general and in an international law firm, both in Wrocław (Poland).
Since 2002 he is admitted to the bar and as attorney at law in Germany and since 2004 as foreign european lawyer in Poland.
He is Incoterms 2020 Trainer, certified by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Germany and a member of the German Society for Transport Law (DGTR).
