Biography
Born in 1962; Degree in Law by Universidade Católica Portuguesa; Master Degree in Law by Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa with the thesis under the theme “A Concordata – Uma providência de recuperação de empresas” (“Composition proceedings – A business recovery measure”); Professor of Civil and Commercial Law at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa (1987-2007) and lecturer of Contract Law and Corporate Law in post-graduation courses; He made presentations and participated in several national and international conferences.
Member of the Bar Association since 1988;
Member of IBA (International Bar Association) and AIDA (Association International du Droit de I’ Assurance);
Member of the Conselho Superior de Magistratura – Supreme Council of the Judiciary (2011-2016).

ABPA is a law firm incorporated in 2010 and based on the long joint work experience of its founding partners.
